Dislocated shoulder (I think) Ouch!

And so it happened, I dislocated my shoulder. I think I must've dislocated it cause my whole right arm felt like it's only attached to my shoulder by a vein or a string or some sort before I pushed it back, and now the joint hurts like fuck and I can't raise or swing my arm without grimacing in pain.

I can finally understand how CK felt at that basketball match when he dislocated his, the fear of losing control in your arm and the sickening painful decision that has to be made, pushing it back yourself (although if I remember correctly I pushed his arm back for him haha). Lol. Sorry CK. I finally understand it all now.

There's only 2 types of people in this world, those who've dislocated their shoulders and those who haven't.
On hindsight it probably was gonna happen sooner or later. Just like what we learnt in audit, there's always inherent risks in whatever we do such as business risk and stuff. And I guess the same way basketball = sprain ankle risk, gym = INJURIES ALL OVER YOUR BODY risk. I think this is really career-ending, I'm not gonna touch weights again, at least not for another 6 months or so.
Inadequate rest, bad form, inadequate warm-up, so many reasons. But there's only 1 outcome. PAIN! Hope the sinseh I'm gonna see tomorrow don't try anything funny and add on to my already torn and tattered shoulder. Numb is better than pain? You bet.
